Villa with pool in Ibiza

How it works

Booking a villa with someone you haven't met should feel simple and safe. This is exactly what happens, from first message to last day.

1

Tell us your dates

Send your dates, group size and what matters to you. Jurij replies within 24 hours, 7 days a week, with villas that fit and their exact rates.

2

Reserve your villa

A 50% deposit secures the villa. You receive a written confirmation with the villa, dates, price, what is included and the terms.

3

Plan your stay

Before you arrive, fill in a short form: flights, chef, boat days, fridge stocking, restaurant bookings. We arrange it all.

4

Arrive and relax

You are met at the villa and have Jurij's number for the whole stay. After you leave, your security deposit comes back.

Booking terms

These are our standard terms. Some villas have their own conditions, and the exact terms for your villa are always written in your booking confirmation before you pay anything.

Deposit50% of the rental price on booking, within 3 days of your confirmation. This secures the villa for your dates.
BalanceThe remaining 50% is due 60 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount is due on booking.
Security depositSet per villa and paid before arrival. It is returned within 14 days of departure, after the villa has been checked.
CancellationMore than 60 days before arrival, the 50% deposit is kept. Within 60 days of arrival, the full rental price is due. We recommend travel insurance.
ExtrasChefs, boats, cars and other services are quoted separately before your stay. The Balearic tourist tax is added where it applies.
PaymentUsually by bank transfer. Every payment is confirmed in writing.

Photo check-in, so deposits are never a surprise

On arrival we walk through the villa with you and take dated photos of every room. If something was already damaged, it is on record. Your security deposit is only ever used for damage that happened during your stay, and we show you why before anything is kept.

Holiday rental licences

Ibiza has strict rules on holiday rentals, and unlicensed villas can be closed down mid-stay. Where we have a villa's tourist licence number, it is shown on the villa page. For any villa, ask us for the licence number before you book.
