Choosing a beach villa in Ibiza
Frontline villas are rare in Ibiza, and the best ones book early for July and August. "On the beach" can also mean different things, so it helps to know what you want:
- Private beach or dock: the sea is yours, with no public path in between. Best for privacy and arriving by boat.
- Boat mooring: a yacht or day boat can pick you up from the villa for Formentera or a lunch at Cala Jondal.
- A cove a short walk away: often quieter and better value, with the beach a few minutes on foot.

Villa Two Beaches
A 100-acre private estate in Es Cubells with not one but two private beaches. There's a 25 m pool, a tennis court, a gym, a sauna and your own nightclub, with full staff included. The airport is about 15 minutes away.
