Villa Caleta is a modern getaway in one of Ibiza's most sought-after southern areas, with sea views as far as the cliffs of Cap Falcó and Formentera beyond. Sa Caleta beach and its restaurant are two minutes away, and the beach clubs of Cala Jondal are a few kilometres down the coast.

Recently renovated by a well-known architecture firm, the 520 m² house sits on around 10,000 m² of garden. Its rooms branch off a central lounge with full-height windows, so the garden and the sea are always in view. Four guest rooms are on the ground floor, the master suite is upstairs with its own terrace and view, and a separate annex has two more double rooms and a kitchenette.

A curved infinity pool is the centre of the garden, surrounded by chill-out areas. There's a dedicated gym, a padel court, a pétanque court, a home cinema and indoor and outdoor sound. San Josep village and its Saturday market are close by, and the best of Ibiza's nightlife is within 15 minutes.
