Villa Wave sits in a frontline position in Cap Martinet, above Talamanca bay, with sweeping views of the sea and Formentera. A small bay is about 50 metres away, a 1-minute walk, and the area is quiet and surrounded by nature. Ibiza Town, Marina Botafoch and Talamanca beach are a short drive away.

The house is around 280 m² on a 2,000 m² plot, modern and tastefully decorated. The lounge and dining area open onto the terrace through large sliding glass doors. On the ground floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite, plus a guest WC. The master suite takes the whole first floor, with a king-size bed, its own lounge and private terrace, and a large bathroom with sea views. The fifth bedroom is in a separate guest house with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom.

Outside, the pool is lined with sunbeds and parasols, with outdoor lounges and a long dining table for sunset dinners. The villa has air conditioning throughout, a Sonos sound system, an alarm, an electric carport and a laundry room.
