About Villa Lumina
Villa Lumina sits in the highest part of Can Pep Simó, a private community on the hill above Talamanca bay. The views run from the whole island of Formentera, across Dalt Vila and Talamanca bay, to the green hills in the centre of Ibiza.
The villa is made up of three houses with around 1,100 m² of living space, fully renovated in 2014 with modern, minimalist design and high-end materials. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and a view.
Outside there are large open terraces for entertaining, an infinity pool and a second pool, and inside a gym, a sauna, a jacuzzi room and a pool table. The kitchen looks straight out to sea. Ibiza Town, Talamanca beach and Marina Botafoch are minutes away.
