About Villa Pavilion
Villa Pavilion is a new build inspired by Mies van der Rohe, on a 50,000 m² plot in S'Estanyol. Ibiza Town, Nobu and Cala Bonita are around five minutes away.
The 22 m heated saltwater pool sits beside a 15-person jacuzzi. Inside are a TechnoGym gym, a steam room and sauna, a chef's kitchen, Bang & Olufsen sound and a 120 m² cinema, across eight bedrooms.
Two housekeepers are included and champagne is waiting on arrival. Havelux can add a private chef, drivers, boats and restaurant bookings.
